 Need of peace…

I’m fed up. Fed up with hearing the news every day. Fed up with knowing that thousands of girls are burning their degrees just so that they aren’t killed. Thousands of 14-year-olds are being forced to marry 45-year-old men. I’m fed with knowing that thousands of women are going to be prohibited to go out. I’m fed up with knowing that 3 crore people are waiting for help in Afghanistan. It makes me value my bed, where I can sleep, sure that I am safe.

It makes me value peace, it makes me the value that is free to do and write whatever I want. It makes me appreciate that I can excess any books from anywhere around the world.

But what about them. Who tried to climb on a running plane just for the race to survive. What if their family of whom, a man fell down the plane?

This doesn’t lead to the superiority of the Taliban or the inferiority of others. It is all about peace. How peace is something the world requires. We need to move towards, for, peace. Curious, isn’t it, the word peace. Better with it than without.

An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind.” —Mahatma Gandhi

Peace should always be chosen above violence. Many times, many incidents occur, which it had been taken care of with words of peace might have worked rather than pointing guns at each other’s head.

This is short, but I believe, enough.

My love for my afghan brothers and sisters
